Campaign OS · by BriefToReport

One campaign loop that stays together: brief → calendar → assets → report

Paste-ready Notion markdown + Sheets CSV + a short SOP for solo marketers and tiny agencies. Light campaign ops, not Agency OS, not a portal, not a course.

The mess

Empty kits. Scattered docs. Report grind.

You already know what to ship. The tax is keeping the brief, the calendar, the assets, and the wrap from drifting into four different places.

Empty Notion kits

Pretty dashboards with blank databases. You duplicate a “Marketing OS,” stare at it for twenty minutes, then go back to a Google Doc.

Scattered docs & chats

Brief in Notion. Calendar in Sheets. Asset list in Slack. Client update drafted from memory on Sunday night.

The report grind

Every wrap starts from zero. No shared fields, no Links block, no paste-ready client email, just hunting screenshots and inventing structure again.

The loop

How Campaign OS holds the work together

Four linked artifacts plus a short runbook. Same status language across files. You paste numbers you already have, nothing auto-pulls.

Brief

Lock objective, audience, offer, deliverables, and a required Links block so calendar, assets, and report point at the same campaign.

Calendar

Plan the week and the month against the brief, idea → draft → review → scheduled → published.

Assets

Track creatives and copy with statuses, versions, and brief refs so nothing ships orphaned from the plan.

Report

Weekly client skim + campaign wrap: what shipped, what slipped, three activity headlines, decisions, paste-ready email. No ROI theater.

The pack

03

04

How a human or assistant runs the loop end to end without overclaiming. You still own approvals and claims.

Fit check

Who it’s for, and who should pass

Honest filter. Wrong buyers waste your time and ours.

For you if

  • You’re a solo marketer who wants one clear campaign loop instead of briefs, calendars, and assets scattered across docs and chats
  • You run a tiny agency (≈1–3 people) and want the same brief-to-report rhythm across clients
  • You prefer portable MD + CSV files over a locked marketplace template
  • You’re fine pasting activity metrics yourself, no fantasy that tools will “just sync”

Not for you if

  • You want guaranteed leads, revenue, growth, or rankings
  • You need custom build-out, coaching, or done-for-you campaign work
  • You’re shopping for a full Agency OS (CRM / finance / HR / agency HQ)
  • You expect analytics platforms or Looker to auto-pull into the pack
  • You need an enterprise suite or a hosted client portal

Setup

How it works in 15 minutes

Free Notion and free Google Sheets are enough. No paid plan required.

Download the zip from your Polar receipt, instant access after checkout.

Paste each .md into Notion (start with the Campaign Brief).

Import each .csv into Google Sheets (File → Import). Keep the header row.

Skim the EXAMPLE (Northline Coffee) so you see how Links and fields connect.

Clear or replace every EXAMPLE row, then fill Links on the brief first and mirror across files.

Run the loop with the SOP: brief → calendar → assets → weekly report → wrap.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is this a client portal?

No. Templates + a short SOP only, not a hosted client portal. Paste the weekly report or email into Google Docs, or share Sheets the way you already do.

Does it connect to Looker / analytics auto-pull?

No. Reporting templates are for activity metrics you paste in yourself. There is no platform integration, Looker connector, or auto-sync.

Is this Agency OS?

No. Campaign OS covers one campaign execution loop (brief → calendar → assets → report). It is not a full agency HQ with CRM, finance, or HR.

Will this get me leads / revenue / growth?

No. It’s an ops loop. Results depend on your offer, audience, and execution. We do not promise outcomes.

What was LAUNCH19?

LAUNCH19 ended on 24 Sep 2026. Campaign OS is now €29 for the same full pack. It was not a lite SKU.

Is this Notion-only? Do I need paid Notion or Sheets?

Markdown you paste into Notion + CSVs for Google Sheets, plus the SOP. Free Notion and free Google Sheets are enough. v1 has no hosted Notion duplicate link.

What’s Client Ops Pack, and do I need both?

Sister pack: access-request emails (Meta / Google) plus a monthly review skeleton. Instructional templates only, not DFY account setup. Neither pack requires the other. Buy both only if you need the campaign loop and the retainer access/review ritual.

What’s LAUNCHOPS?

Same full Client Ops Pack. If still available, enter code LAUNCHOPS at Polar checkout for €19 (list €29). Not a lite SKU. Campaign OS is separate at €29.

What’s the refund policy?

Digital product with instant access. If you are not happy with your purchase, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Any results guarantee?

No. We sell templates and an SOP. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, rankings, growth, or any campaign outcome.
